The Dartmoor National Park is not one of the ‘popular’ locations that are frequently advertised BUT that is really a mystery. The scenery is remote, rugged and varied. From high, windswept tors, to steep sided and wooded valleys. We will visit, amongst other locations, a selection of tors, Wistman’s Wood (a gem of a location), ancient Dartmoor waymark crosses and much more besides.
Our base will be the the Forest Inn, perfectly situated near Yelverton and within close reach of many locations.
The cost of the workshop is £750.00 per person which includes:
- Dinner, Bed and Breakfast for 4 nights
- Full guidance/tuition and travel around the Moor.
Do note that this does NOT include cost of travel to or from the Forest Inn, holiday or equipment insurance, nor optional spends such as packed lunch. We will be passing stores where a lunch can be bought.
I know Dartmoor well, having led numerous workshops there for various companies and walked there extensively. There will be some walking but none of it excessive and all of it for a good reason!
A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 will secure a place. The balance must be paid by or before 19th April – details will be sent to you via email.
I really hope you will consider joining us on this workshop. Dartmoor provides such great opportunities for outdoor photography!
